2011 Auction:
Some Enchanted Evening...

Keep your eyes open for opportunities to buy tickets for the event of the year! Tickets are available on the patio between services, as well as via E-vite invitations.  Our theme this year, "Some Enchanted Evening," has inspired fun decor and a wonderful menu for this annual event.  The array of auction offerings is outstanding this year!

Tickets are $20, or $35 for a couple (with one bidding number); senior tickets are $15, or $30 for a couple.  Childcare is available for $5 per child. 

If you need assistance, consider signing up in advance for a Personal Shopper, who will run around for you and bid on your Silent Auction items of interest, while you sit and enjoy the ambiance.  Please email the committee at auction@vistauu.org by September 10 if you would like a Personal Shopper, or if you would like to serve as a Personal Shopper.

A Cheery Quilt to Warm You

“Tea Time” is the opportunity quilt for 2011, now on display in the sanctuary. The quilt features a white background with blue and yellow floral prints and a butterfly border, reminiscent of tea cup patterns, hence the name. It measures 68" x 92", suitable for a twin bed, and is 100% cotton fabrics and batting. Karen Holmgren pieced the top and Krista O'Connor machine quilted it. Raffle tickets are $5 each or $20 for five and may be purchased from Auction Committee members. The winning ticket will be drawn at the auction on September 17; you don't have to be present to win, but come anyway!
