Plate Share

As part of our commitment to building the beloved community, Palomar Fellowship became a Plate Share congregation in January 2011, pledging to donate 50% of our undesignated contributions each Sunday to a local charitable cause. The Executive Board decided that, in order to maximize the impact of our contribution, we would select one charitable cause each quarter to receive the Plate Share donation.

Now it’s your turn! We have developed a Plate Share Nomination Form and procedure for your use. Starting in quarter three, the Executive Board will select Plate Share recipients based on member nominations. Think of it like a very brief, simple grant application. Forms and instructions including deadlines (yes deadlines!!) are available here for you to download so that you can nominate a local charitable organization for the Palomar Fellowship Plate Share contribution.

Please complete the Plate Share Nomination Form and submit to office@vistauu.org, any board member via email, or by placing it in their mailbox at the Fellowship.  Please type or print legibly.  Members may submit a maximum of one nomination per quarter.
