Lisa Wellens - Director of Religious Education
Lisa Wellens has served as a volunteer religious education teacher at Palomar since 2004 and as Director of Religious Education since 2006. Although born and raised in Southern California, Lisa has lived all over the country and served in leadership roles for many volunteer organizations working with parents and children. As a lifelong UU, Lisa knows the importance of religious education firsthand and is enthusiastic about helping to create a program that kids can be excited about.

Caroline Celia - Director of Music Ministry
Caroline Celia has been involved in music all her life. She taught vocal music grades 4- 12 and has taught private piano and voice lessons for many, many years. Caroline also served as church accompanist and music director before coming to Palomar Unitarian Fellowship. She has been accompanying at PUUF since spring 2006 and Music Director since spring 2007.

Kimberly Lilley - Choir and Ensemble Director for PUUF
Kimberly comes from a musical theatre background, having performed throughout the United States in national tours of Broadway shows. She has a music degree from UCLA, and has been serving the Fellowship since 2006.

Janice McAlister-Cook - Office Manager
Janice McAlister-Cook is a life-long resident of Carlsbad. She has worked in various aspects health care for 15 years. She has also worked for an attorney's office. Janice first encountered Unitarian Universalism at San Dieguito UU Fellowship where she sought out religious education for her children when they were young. Janice has been with Palomar Fellowship since January 2005. Her interests include reupholstering furniture, reading, and gardening. She lives with her husband Bruce in the house where she was raised.
